ME1958 Advantex® glassThe ME1958 Multi-End Roving is manufactured from a collection of continuous glass filaments, gathered, without mechanical twist, into multiple bundles that are wound into a doff. The filaments that make up the bundles are bonded together with a high performance silane based sizing. The ME1958 sizing is compatible with polyester/vinylester resin systems as well as some polyurethane resins.
The ME1958 Multi-End Roving is produced using Advantex® glass fiber. The Advantex® glass fiber combines the electrical and mechanical properties of traditional E-glasses with the corrosion resistance of E-CR glass.

Owens Corning continuous roving 905AB is a reinforcement for Sheet Molding Compound (SMC), which offers improved processing over conventional products in vinyl ester resins and where fast wet through and good sheet density are required.  This new roving is designed for a wide variety of SMC applications, such as automotive structural body panels, recreational vehicle housings, automotive and recreational structural applications, as well as business equipment.

R07

R07 Roving is a collection of continuous glass strands gathered without mechanical twist and wound onto a cylindrical package. The strands are bonded together with a high soluble polyestercompatible silane size. R07 is designed for use in the manufacture of sheet molding compounds.

P215 rovings are designed for the manufacture of sheet moulding compound (S.M.C.). They are recommended for general purpose compounds and for Low Shrink applications; it can also be used for Low Profile applications.
